The Maccabi LIFE Expo was recently held at Mount Sinai College, bringing together leading professionals, speakers and exhibitors at an informative and fun day out.

MORE than 100 people attended Maccabi Life’s first major event in Sydney on Sunday, October 27.

Guest speakers, including holistic health advocate Ron Ehrlich and clinical psychologist Melissa Levi, presented on a range of health and wellness topics such as biological systems, mindfulness, stress and dementia.

Terry Diamond, who is a clinical endocrinologist at St George Hospital, spoke about understanding obesity and weight gain at the event.
